 All U.K. orders are sent  £3.20 Recorded Delivery 2nd Class

All Other countries £7.70 International signed for.

I post parcels after 12noon on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays.

 

Please note that it is essential for you to provide me with a full delivery address, including postcode.

I cannot be held responsible for delays caused by the Post Office once I have dispatched your order.

Please note that the Royal Mail do not consider an item as lost until 15 working days have elapsed from the due date of delivery. 

I will always obtain a Certificate of Posting to facilitate claiming for any lost items.

All beads are sent in cello bags and with your receipt placed in a secure cardboard postal box,
